Where are your services offered?

We serve the greater Austin, Texas area for all of our charcuterie, event planning, decor, balloon, and flower services. Cities served include but are not limited to:

* Austin
* Lakeway
* Bee Cave
* Westlake
*Marble Falls
*Dripping Springs
*Cedar Park
*Round Rock

Travel fees are associated with the majority of our services. However, charcuterie and flower deliveries are free to most of the Lakeway, Bee Cave, and Spicewood, Texas region.

Do you accommodate food restrictions/allergies?

At Bluebonnet Collective, our charcuterie boards and grazing tables are customized to your requests and needs whenever possible. We are able to offer dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, nut free, etc. type of charcuterie spreads. Certain requests may result in an additional fee but most accommodations are made with at no cost.

Do you do flowers and event planning out of state?

On an occasion we will travel outside of the Austin, Texas area to serve our clients. Please reach out to us via email or phone to discuss our travel services.

Are you hiring?

Our team is currently full. However, we are always happy to meet new friends for when we need to hire event staffing.

Can you staff our events?

Bluebonnet Collective has a great team of event staff members that can help with everything from event management, design, catering, bar service, and so much more.

Can I place a short notice order?

We always try to help accommodate flower and and charcuterie orders. We ask for 5 days minimum notice but can occasionally handle notice as limited as 24 hours. It never hurts to reach out and ask us. If we can, we will!

Balloon orders typically require a 2 week notice but again, on some occasions we can take same week notice.
